Your current account status is retail or loyal customer. Your Membership status is valid for a duration of 12 months, starting from the date of your enrollment with Purium. To sustain your Brand Partner/Professional Membership status, it is essential to place at least one product purchase from Purium within every 12-month period.
If you do not place product orders with Purium for a continuous span of 12 months or throughout each subsequent calendar year (whichever duration is longer), your status will transition to “Inactive.” Consequently, you will forfeit your position as a Purium Brand Partner/Professional, along with any associated downline and commissions arising from their orders. Once purged from the system, the downline of an Inactive Brand Partner/Professional will be repositioned under the next active Brand Partner/Professional in their upline. The individual who becomes inactive will henceforth be classified as a retail or loyal customer.
This regulation does not apply to not-for-profit organizations. If you experience a loss of active status, the process of regaining membership requires a new membership purchase and application submission to Purium. If you’re interested in rejoining as a Brand Partner, you’ll need to purchase the Digital Launch Pack or a qualifying pack, which will grant you a complimentary upgrade.
