Please be advised that orders placed with flat rate residential delivery within the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories will be shipped via either FedEx or USPS. Delivery timeframes for such orders will generally range from one to seven business days, with delivery attempts being made Tuesday through Saturday.
For commercial orders designated for commercial business zoned addresses, shipments will be facilitated solely through FedEx during open hours, subject to availability of a recipient to receive the package. Delivery timeframe for such orders will also range from one to seven business days, with delivery attempts being made exclusively Monday through Friday.
Express Shipping is an option for all physical addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. With this option, your order will typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
Please note, however, that FedEx Express is unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box address for an order requesting Express Shipping, we kindly request that you update the address to a physical, residential address within one business day of placing the order. Failure to do so will result in the order being shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead.
Our Will Call service is only available to California residents. Upon arrival, please park in the designated visitor parking area and ring the doorbell located near the Will Call sign. You will be prompted to show your ID, after which your order will be made available to you.
Please note that, in accordance with our policies, customers who have placed an order must present a valid ID and be physically present at the time of pick-up, unless other arrangements have been previously made through our customer care department. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Note: Will Call order must be picked up within 10 days. If not, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Our Flat Rate orders are shipped via FedEx Consolidated Ground, with Purium covering all associated customs clearance and service fees. Shipments for these orders are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Please note that shipping times for Flat Rate orders may vary depending on location. While the average shipping time is typically 10-12 days, it may take longer for those residing in remote areas of Canada.
Please also keep in mind that tracking information for Flat Rate orders may not appear on the FedEx website until at least 5 days after the order has been shipped. However, we assure you that your package is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible.
