- Log in to your Purium Account on ishoppurium.com.
- Once logged in, click on “My Account”. This will bring up your order history.
- If your order has not been printed, you will see “Edit” under the order number.
- Click “Edit” and then click “Modify”.
- Fill in and confirm your contact information.
- In the “Reason” box, provide a detailed explanation of how you would like to modify your order. Be as descriptive as possible so Purium’s Customer Care Agents can help immediately without having to contact you. If you need to cancel the order, please enter the words “cancel order”.
- After writing how you would like to modify your order, click “Confirm”.
- If you click order history again, you will see your order status has been changed to “Pending Information.” That status will remain until your order has been successfully modified by Purium Customer Care.
- When your order is successfully modified, the order status will change to “Accepted.”
