It’s important to note that you would need to ingest nearly 10 pills per day to be exposed to the equivalent amount of gluten found in a single serving of gluten-free pasta. You would need to consume over 500 pills to reach the threshold set in the American Society for Clinical Nutrition’s 2007 study.
