Proven Strategies for Your Next Event

After enrollment, one of the first activities you’ll do with your new Brand Partner is look at the calendar and schedule their first two launch events, or Super Food Socials. We recommend scheduling these events within 14 days of enrollment. Timing is everything!

These events give new Brand Partners an opportunity to invite everyone they know from friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers, to come together live (or via zoom) to learn about Purium’s unique products and compelling business.

One of the reasons these events are so productive, is because you can talk to lots of people at the same time.

If your Sponsor is local, they can join you in person and take the lead.  If they live long distance, they can pop in virtually to support you.

Top Tip: The more consistently you hold live events, the faster your business will grow!

Tips for a generic agenda

30 minutes prior to the event enjoy a Mix and Mingle

Be sure to start your presentation on time

Host(new Brand Partner, let’s call her Pat): Will welcome and thank everyone for coming. She’ll share her 3–5 minute story and introduce her upline who then becomes the Presenter.

Presenter (upline): Welcome everyone, thank the Host, and ask an opening question to the audience:

“So what brought you’re here tonight?”

The answers will give the Presenter great direction on what specific areas to focus on as they go over the program.

After hearing why people came to the event, the Presenter can tell their story and review the benefits of the Lifestyle Subscription and ULT pack.

Top Tip: Be sure to always have products handy for display.

Next, the Presenter can ask for testimonials from customers and Brand Partners. These live stories validate the program with social proof, allow for third-party validation, and touch on the business.

After testimonials, the Presenter can ask:

“What questions do you have?  Now is the perfect time to ask!”

Top Tip: Notice how this is an open-ended question. It’s more effective than asking, “Does anyone have any questions?”  When you ask, “What Questions do you have?” youstimulate conversation.

While Q&A is going on, a designated helper can pass out samples of Power Shake and Apothe-Cherry.

And here’s an idea: You might offer a special gift to those who purchase at the event. For example,

“Everyone who purchases tonight will receive a sample of one of our most popular products. It’s a perfect complement to your ULT.”  Just an idea.

Closing Language

“I want to thank you again for coming tonight and supporting Pat. Here are a few next steps. You can become a customer and start your total transformation. In fact, who wants to go home with a box tonight? The first three people who raise their hands can go home with a box and get started tonight!”

This creates urgency and excitement!  Identify the people who raise their hands and continue by saying,

â€œI look forward to helping you get started tonight. For everyone else, Pat and I are expanding our business here in <city> and would love to talk to anyone interested in joining us.”

“We always appreciate referrals too. Who do you know looking for a total transformation in their health or in their career? Give it some thought. Our business is built on referrals.”

“Thank you again for joining us. I’ll be sticking around to help Pat get you started and answer any questions.”

Final Thoughts

As with everything else, you’ll learn by doing. Even a new Brand Partner can follow this outline and have a successful event.

And yet, there is more to it. Talk to your upline to learn these additional aspects to having live and virtual events:

  • How to promote the event
  • How to invite to the event
  • How to work into the event
  • How to sign up new customers and enroll new Brand Partners at the event
  • How to follow-up after the event

Top Tip: Super Food Social is just one name. You can call your event a Healthy Happy Hour or Total Transformation or whatever creative name you come up with based on your theme, the season, or your audience.

When you consistently hold live and virtual events, you will create a culture on your team where guest-driven events are simply best practice.

Talk to your Sponsor or upline mentor and start utilizing events as fun and authentic ways to accelerate your business.
