Our proven system is impacting thousands of lives through superfood nutrition and the Purium lifestyle. Our guided program incorporates delicious organic meals – and a simple to follow schedule with recipes – that will have you eating cleaner and greener while feeling totally satisfied!

Before starting your transformation, be sure to:

30-DAY TRANSFORMATION SCHEDULE

The ULT floods your body with nutrient-rich superfoods without requiring harsh restrictions on your diet. By meeting your nutritional needs with high quality foods, cravings and habits that stem from undernourishment naturally lessen. Soon taste buds shift and stress eating comfort foods are not so comforting.

Choose foods on the Lifestyle Meal Inspiration food list and try replacing 1-2 meals per day with a ULT core nutrition shake to accelerate your transformation and weight loss.

Did you purchase a special ULT? Dark Berry Protein, L.O.V. Super Meal and/or Epi-Genius Family are interchangeable with Power Shake in regards to scheduling. You may use a 1/2 serving of two different shakes anytime a Power Shake is called for on the schedule.

ALTERNATE SCHEDULES

ACCELERATED 30-DAY SCHEDULE

This path is all about accelerated change. By consciously eliminating foods and habits that are not serving your best health and flooding your body with nutrient-rich superfoods, a new fully nourished state of normal is established. We highly recommend only doing this under the guidance of an experienced Purium Brand Partner.

  • Includes a 10-Day superfoods immersion
  • Drink a minimum of half your body weight in oz. of water
  • Decrease/eliminate unwanted foods and habits such as sugar, caffeine, animal products and alcohol.
  • Eat 3 Flex Foods per day
  • Lifestyle Meals are encouraged Days 1-10 and 22 – 30
  • Best results occur when you only consume products, water and Flex Foods during Days 11-21

INTERMITTENT FASTING SCHEDULE

  • No elimination of foods necessary
  • Consume all your calories within a 6-8 hour time period
  • Drink a minimum of half your body weight in oz. of water
  • Stick to consistent eating window
  • Choose organic and non-GMO whenever possible
